attended two pro matches, Valencia B-Castellon B, and the headline match,
Vilarreal-Real Madrid at El Madridgal stadium in Vilarreal.The cultural
opportunities of Valencia were not missed, with the group taking in an
expertly guided tour of Valencia's major sites, including the historic city
center and the contemporary "city of arts and sciences," and a fabulous
paella lunch along Valencia's beach front.

Davidson, NC
Madrid
Davidson's travel party, including a full roster of players and 3 coaches
began their tour in Madrid. While in the Spanish capital, the group's
itinerary included training, a visit to Real Madrid's Bernabeu stadium &
museum, a Spanish Cup match (Getafe-Espanyol), and additional sightseeing.
The Wildcats enjoyed training and lunch at the Spanish Federation
training complex just outside Madrid, the principal training site for
Spain's national teams, as well as other professional teams, such at Alético
de Madrid and Rayo Vallecano, both on site during Davidson's visit.

Valencia
The Southern Conference from Davidson, NC team spent the bulk of
their tour in Valencia. The historic Mediterranean port city proved an ideal
setting for additional soccer and cultural activities. The Davidson
squad played a match against La Liga 2b leaders, Levante B. The team trained
